A King County judge determined that defense attorneys did not violate a court order during a visit to the home where a boy is accused of massacring his family.
The back-and-forth allegations stem from Oct. 29 when the defense team was granted access to the home where the Humiston family was murdered on Oct. 21.
King County prosecutors allege a team of public defenders violated a court order when they were allowed unsupervised access to a Fall City family's crime scene.
The boy, who KOMO News cannot currently name because he's being tried as a juvenile, is accused of killing Mark, Sarah, Joshua, Katheryn, and Benjamin Humiston.
